At test.me, we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless experience. Most orders delivered to a UK address will arrive within 2-3 working days, although please note that delivery times to some outlying areas may occasionally take a little longer.

Our priority service is available for just £20 at checkout, Your samples will be fast-tracked through our laboratory, giving it priority processing ahead of standard orders.

Important reminders for a smooth delivery experience:

Orders placed on Friday before 2:00pm with priority delivery will arrive on the next working day.

Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For priority orders, please remember to take your kit to the post office for return delivery. This helps ensure a prompt and reliable return process.
