Collecting your samples couldn’t be easier. Our test kits come with everything you need to do this in the comfort of your own home. Simply collect your samples then just pop it in the post direct to our lab.

What do I do if I have problems collecting my sample?

If you follow our easy-to-follow guides, you shouldn’t have any problems collecting your sample – most customers return a successful sample on their first attempt.

Don’t worry if you do encounter some difficulty. Simply drop us an email at [email protected] and we’ll talk you through the process.

What happens after I have sent my sample?

Test results are normally ready within 3 working days of your sample arriving at our in-house laboratory. You will receive a text and an email when your results are ready with further instructions.

If you don’t receive your results within seven days of posting your sample, contact us.
