What is your refund policy?

Answer

• If you change your mind before the test kit is dispatched a full refund will be offered.
• If you change your mind (within 14 days) once the test kit has been dispatched but before you have returned any samples for testing, we may be able to offer a full refund, providing you return the test kit to us undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. (For more info please see our terms and conditions)
• Automatic ending of the contract – 90-day sample return. In circumstances other than those mentioned in clauses 2 and 7.3 (see full terms & conditions), the contract will end automatically if within 90 days of receiving the test kit, you do not use the test kit to provide us with your sample that is necessary for us to provide the rest of the Service. In this case, we will not be providing any further part of the Service to you and you will not be entitled to receive a full refund for the Service.
• All other refunds will be at the discretion of the company.
