When will I receive my order?

We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders delivered to a UK address will arrive within 2-3 working days, however, we acknowledge that delivery times to some outlying areas may occasionally take a little longer.

Priority Service
Priority service, is an extra cost service with fast tracking of your returned samples ahead of standard orders through our laboratory screening process, this can be applied to your order when making payment.

Please note: Some results may need clinical review before release, which can lead to delays even with priority processing.
