What is your refund policy?

Answer

• If you change your mind before the test kit is dispatched a full refund will be offered.
• If you change your mind (within 14 days) once the test kit has been dispatched but before you have returned any samples for testing, we may be able to offer a full refund, providing you return the test kit to us undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. • All other refunds will be at the discretion of the company.
