Is your service discreet?

Yes. We know it’s not easy for everyone to go to a clinic or GP, so we make it easy for you to test at home as long as you don’t have any symptoms. 

All our test kits are discreetly packaged in a box and an opaque poly bag that includes the address and postage.  

Kits are sent by Royal Mail first class post and will fit through a standard letterbox, so you don’t need to worry if you’re not home when it arrives. 

Your results are sent directly to you by text message or email. 

Is your service completely confidential?

Yes. Your details are held securely and privately. We will never share your details or your test results with anyone else. 

We don’t contact your GP and the tests and results won’t appear on your medical records. 

If you need treatment, you will need to share your results to get the treatment you need. 

Is your testing service secure?

Yes. Preventx Ltd, the company that operates the Test.me site, hosts all its services within a highly secure hosting environment on Microsoft’s Azure platform. This has been specifically developed to standards designed to comply with the UK OFFICIAL and UK NHS frameworks.  

Preventx is also Cyber Essentials certified. This is a government-backed scheme that helps organisations be secure from potential cyber attackers.
