Where's my kit?
The test kit I ordered hasn’t arrived – where is it?

Test kits are usually sent out within 24 hours of your order. We use Royal Mail 1st Class post, so your kit should arrive a day or two after you order it. If it has not arrived after a week or so, it may have been lost in the post – out of the thousands of tests we deal with, this does happen now and again. 

If you believe your kit is lost in the post, let us know by email. Please include your full name and postcode in the email. We will give you a refund and you can then place a new order if you wish. 

When will my order arrive?

We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders delivered to a UK address will arrive within 2-3 working days, however, we acknowledge that delivery times to some outlying areas may occasionally take a little longer.

Need your order quickly?
Our priority service costs £20 and ensures you receive your results quickly. We offer same-day dispatch with Royal Mail on all orders placed before 2:30pm Monday - Friday. Samples are then fast-tracked through our lab and results are available within days. To order, simply select the priority service at the checkout.

Please note: When using our priority delivery service customers must go to their local post office to return their kit by special delivery.
